HOP: UP TO 35% DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE*
If you’re unsure that you have enough income to qualify for an adequate loan to buy your home, we may have a solution for you.
The HOP Program – short for Home Ownership Pool – is a State of Florida sponsored program that allows qualified buyers to purchase a new home with 25% or 35% down payment assistance. This is a payment free, interest free loan that stays in place as long as you own your home.
The home must be built according to HOP standards by a HOP approved builder. The House That Jack Built is a HOP approved builder, and we are currently assisting customers in the application process for these funds and the construction of their homes. We’ve already successfully put customers into homes using this program, which allows great buying power for families who may not have enough income to qualify for the home that they need.
In fact, we successfully built and closed the first HOP house in Bay County.
