The photo above shows the property survey. Lot 48 (3.31 Ac.) and Lot 49 (5.63 Ac.) We want to sell lot 49. Check out the Elevation, over 3000 feet! Yes you're up there, but man what a view! The road to the top is wide and safe for those of you who have been to other mountain sites and found them to be nice once on top, but getting there is another story.

Lot 48 is the smaller lot (3.31 acres) that a Realtor suggested I list for $425,000. However, I decided to keep it and only list Lot 4, a larger lot, at 5.63 acres. I am asking for offers and would be interested in any offer even if you would be embarrassed to make it. I promise all I will say is YES or NO and that's it. I have had several emails since I sent the email out on 6/25/08 all of them asking how much. Whoever emails me back with an offer I can say YES to and then sign a sales contract with me, I will then pay for the gas to go check the land out in person. I will take back-up contracts in the remote likely hood that the first buyer doesn't like it. The reason Jackie and I are going to keep the other one is we have plans for a Vacation home and as of this date we have cleared the lot and put in a well and have a septic permit ready to go.
